This is one of my favorite rooms in our home, and one that I wondered if I would ever get!
When we found out (after 3 little guys) that our fourth little munchkin was going to be a girl, we were surprised to say the least and left the doctors office thinking we would believe it once she was actually in our arms.
And then the wheels started spinning. Heck, they were right with the boys, so it was safe to say that they would also be right this time. Therefore I thought, let the decorating begin!
I knew I wanted her room to be girly without feeling overwhelmingly, well, PINK!Splashes of pink would be enough. So with that in mind, I picked her bedding first and just went from there. And this is what I came up with.
My little miss loves to read stories. I’m thinking of completing this corner with some book shelves of some sort and making a true reading nook.
It is the little details that I love the most. The beading on the curtains and pillow, the precious clear knobs and pulls on the dresser, and the ruffles on the lamp and pillow. They make the room feel special, and that is just the feeling little miss deserves!
I would love a room like hers for MYSELF! It is so cute!
